Improve Your Mental Wellbeing at The SCCUL Sanctuary

Our ‘Improve your Mental Wellbeing’ day at SCCUL Sanctuary is designed for those who have experienced depression at some point in their lives or still do. It takes place in our quiet and relaxing retreat centre situated in the beautiful woodlands of Clarenbridge. The therapies and group sessions allow participants some space to share their experience in a healing and nurturing environment.  The sessions are soothing and empowering, and allow people to open up and share their thoughts and feelings in a safe space.  

The day begins at 9.30 am with introductions over tea/coffee and scones, and continues until 4pm with a closing session over more tea/coffee and chats. Throughout the day participants will take part in different relaxation and envigorating sessions and workshops and will also be treated to a delicious two course lunch.
