The SCCUL Sanctuary, nestled in over 100 acres of beautiful woodlands, is the ideal venue for a team building day, enabling us to support those in need in our communities. The ample indoor space at the Sanctuary is well ventilated and adheres to all COVID-19 guidelines making the SCCUL Sanctuary the perfect space for your teambuilding event.
Teambuilding is an effective and fun way to learn essential collaborative skills while helping employees develop trust in each other and each other’s abilities. We have an extensive range of activities, both indoors and outdoors, utilizing the 100 acres of woodland surrounding the Sanctuary.
Our unique mix of professional teambuilding workshops which have been designed to motivate your employees and increase creativity while promoting the key skills of a successful team.
We provide tailored teambuilding options, both online and in person, to employees of small and medium sized enterprises along with multinationals operating in Ireland.
The SCCUL Sanctuary is also available as a venue for your company teambuilding day which can be tailored to meet the needs of a specific workplace.

The SCCUL Sanctuary has developed a suite of teambuilding options which can be tailored to meet the needs of SMEs or multinationals.
- Team games and icebreakers such as team quizzes and Countdown
- Duration, frequency, schedule and start-time flexible
- Event organised and hosted by an MC from the SCCUL Sanctuary
- Option to add a therapy session such as digital detox, journal writing or breath work
- HR Department, sports and social committee member or nominated company representative contact Will at the SCCUL Sanctuary to discuss a solution to meet their needs.
- All proceeds raised from your teambuilding day will go towards the cost of running Support Days for our client groups. Employers can choose which client group they wish to benefit from their teambuilding day e.g. Alzheimer’s, Mental Health, Cancer.
- Our Woodlands Teambuilding Programme will focus on group cohesion and mindful leadership in the workplace. It will begin with the alignment tasks to warm up the mind and the body. This will be followed by six group tasks throughout the day, each with a particular theme such as leadership, time management and active initiative etc. Other tasks will focus on team unity and social interaction to help build and strengthen group cohesion
