Each workshop on a Sanctuary Support Day is carefully structured to meet each group’s specific needs e.g. organic healing nutrition for those living with cancer; gentle-seated yoga for people with restricted mobility, drama workshops, music sessions for young people living with autism and remembering through music workshops for those living with Alzheimer’s.
The Sanctuary offers each person a reawakening of their sense of belonging in their community by making new connections with others experiencing similar adversities.
